The Neighborhood Center is a thrift store and food pantry for residents living in South Morrow County. Eligibility for  emergency services such as food, electricity, water, prescription, gas and rent assistance is available based one the USDA-TEFAP guidelines and or enrollment in SNAP, TANF, SSI OR LIHEAP (CAPECO'S Low Income Energy Assistance Programs). Donations of household items and clothing can be dropped off.
